At Bridge Motorcycles, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. Below is a summary of our delivery and returns policies. For more detailed information, please follow the relevant links. 

Delivery Information 

We currently deliver to UK Mainland, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Please note: we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or hotels. 

Free Delivery

  • UK Mainland: Free delivery on orders over £50. 
  • Scotland & Northern Ireland: Free delivery on orders over £150. 

(Weight limits apply. Orders exceeding weight restrictions may incur additional charges.)

Orders below the free delivery threshold will have delivery charges applied. Costs may vary based on item size and weight. To learn more, click here.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

UK Mainland:

  • Orders placed by 12 pm (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery (if in stock). 
  • Orders placed after 12 pm, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day. 

Scotland & Northern Ireland:

  • Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days. Larger items or busy periods may extend delivery to 10 days. 

Safe Place Delivery

If you’re not available to receive your order, you can leave instructions during checkout for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place. This ensures a hassle-free delivery process.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

We offer a standard 30-day return window unless otherwise specified. Please review the guidelines below for eligibility and procedures. 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt (helmets within 14 days) in unused condition, with original packaging, and tags still attached to all clothing and helmets. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Gift cards, points, or vouchers are non-returnable.
  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers are not eligible for return.

    For helmets purchased online, our 14-day return policy applies. Please refer to our Helmet Policy for details or contact customer service for assistance at shop@bridgemotorcycles.co.uk or call 01392 260200 (Option 4).

    Return Options

    In-Store Returns: Eligible items can be returned in person to:

    Please bring your receipt. 
    Online Returns:
    • Contact customer service to initiate your return and receive shipping instructions. Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Send items to:

    📦 Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shop@bridgemotorcycles.co.uk or 01392 260200 (Option 4). 

    Refunds & Exchanges

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. 

    • Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please contact us for assistance.
    • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please get in touch with us.
