Click & Collect

Yes, our Click & Collect service is completely free of charge.

If you place your order before 2 PM, there is a possibility of same-day collection. However, this is not guaranteed due to staff availability and workload.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for collection.

You must bring your order number and a valid ID. If someone is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order number and your ID.

Your order will be held for 7 days from the date of the confirmation email. After this period, your order will be refunded if not collected.

Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery on orders above £50 for UK Mainland and £150 for Scotland and Northern Ireland provided these orders do not excess the xkg weight limit. Orders below the free delivery threshold will be subject to delivery charges. Delivery costs for some items may vary based on size and weight.

UK Mainland orders typically arrive the next working day after dispatch. For Scotland and Northern Ireland, delivery may take 2–5 days. To find out more on our delivery charges and processing times, please visit our Delivery & Returns Page.

Yes, If you are not likely to be in when your order is delivered, please leave a note in the order instructions at checkout specifying a safe place where the courier can leave your parcel to ensure smooth delivery.
Our delivery courier, DPD will make one delivery attempt. If delivery fails, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will reach out to you—provided you have left your contact information—to notify you of the failed attempt and arrange for your order to be dispatched again.

If your delivery fails and you live near our store, you have the option to collect the item directly from us. If you wish to collect your order in-store, please notify us as soon as possible. You must inform us within 24 hours of the failed delivery attempt.
Sale items, gift cards, and vouchers are non-returnable.
Helmets must be returned within 14 days, unworn, with all accessories, original box, tags, and visor stickers intact. If you wish to return an online purchased helmet, please contact our customer service team at shop@bridgemotorcycles.co.uk or call 01392 260200 (Option 4) to arrange either an exchange or a refund.

Our helmets are shipped in brand-new boxes. If an item appears to be damaged during transit, please do not accept it. Once signed for, the delivery is considered complete and undamaged. Bridge Motorcycles cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure items are properly packaged for return shipping. If inadequate packaging results in damage to the product, the customer will be held accountable. The product's original box must be wrapped/ protected and should not have any tape or labels applied directly to it. A restocking fee may be applied if the original packaging is damaged due to improper handling or packing. Whether returning in-store or online, helmets must not have been worn on the road and must remain in original condition and returned to us with the following:

• Original box
• Manual
• Helmet bag
• All included accessories
• Visor sticker and tags attached to the strap must still be attached
• Pinlock NOT fitted (unless fitted from factory)
