Please note that we do not accept orders from outside these regions. Additionally, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or hotels.
For items delivered to non-UK mainland addresses, a delivery fee applies, and delivery times may vary (typically 2-5 working days).
Please note: V.A.T. is not applied to crash helmets. Delivery costs for some items may vary based on size and weight. Products with oversized packaging may incur additional charges and may take longer to deliver.
We aim to dispatch UK Mainland orders the next working day* (Monday - Friday) if we have the item(s) in stock within our store. Availability of the item depends on the size or variant of the product.
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but in rare cases, delays may occur due to courier issues. We do apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause, however, the matter is out of our hands. Safe Place Delivery
If you are not likely to be in when your order is delivered, please leave a note in the order instructions at checkout specifying a safe place where the courier can leave your parcel. This ensures a smooth delivery process in case you're unavailable to receive the package directly.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details from our courier, DPD. If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team at shop@bridgemotorcycles.co.uk or call 01392 260200 (Option 4).
Note: It is your responsibility to raise this within 7 working days from point of dispatch. Enquiries made after this timeframe may not be resolved promptly.
Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods or for large items, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Please note that DPD will not make repeated delivery attempts. If your delivery fails due to reasons such as an incorrect address or no one being available at the address, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will reach out to you—provided you have left your contact information—to notify you of the failed attempt and arrange for your order to be dispatched again. Updated tracking information will also be provided by DPD.
If your delivery fails and you live near our store, you have the option to collect the item directly from us. If you wish to collect your order in-store, please notify us as soon as possible. You must inform us within 24 hours of the failed delivery attempt. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, your order will be automatically re-dispatched to the original delivery address provided at checkout.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at shop@bridgemotorcycles.co.uk or call 01392 260200 (Option 4). You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage, which will be assessed by our team. They will then discuss the next steps in the process with you.
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit, you will need to follow up with DPD directly. If your order has not arrived within 7-10 days, we may reach out to DPD on your behalf, but please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any lost orders once they have been dispatched from our store.
