Purchase a Shoei helmet fitting service. Once purchased we will call you to arrange an appointment for your Shoei fitting. This is on a per person basis. Fitting will take place:

Experience the ultimate in helmet comfort and safety with Shoei's Personal Fitting System (PFS). Available exclusively on select Shoei helmets, this innovative service ensures that your helmet fits like it was made just for you.

How does it work?

Visit our Dealership: Start by visiting our dealership where our trained staff will guide you through the Shoei PFS process.

Consultation: We'll discuss your riding style, preferences, and any specific concerns you might have regarding helmet fit.

Measurement & Selection: We'll take precise measurements of your head using specialised equipment to determine the shape and size of your head. This obtained data is then entered into a software program. Based on this data and the desired helmet model from our product range, the software generates a recommendation for the helmet size as well as a list of any necessary adjustment positions in the upper head area.

Fitting & Customisation: With the help of the recommendation, the head padding of the desired SHOEI helmet model is first provisionally fitted with special fitting pads. After a try-on and any necessary fine-tuning, the pads are finally fixed in place. The helmet is thus adapted to the individual head shape.

Testing: Once you've found the perfect fit, you can test the helmet to ensure comfort and functionality.

Please Note: If you have previously purchased a Shoei helmet and it's one of the models we can custom fit, we're able to offer the fitting service to ensure your existing helmet fits you perfectly.

At Bridge Motorcycles, we are committed to providing our valued customers with a great shopping experience and subsequently offer an extended 30-day return period. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product or cancel a pre-order. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please familiarize yourself returns policy outlined below:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. You may return items purchased from shop.bridgemotorcycles.com within 30 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  2. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  3. Helmets are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons. We are proud to guarantee that every helmet supplied is as it was when it passed the original manufacturer’s rigorous quality control procedures.
  4. Gift cards, points or vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Back-Order and Pre-Order Cancellations

  1. If you wish to cancel a back-order or pre-order, please contact our customer service team at shop@bridgemotorcycles.co.uk or 01392 260200 (Option 4).
  2. Back-order or pre-order cancellations are subject to a refund, which will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  3. Please note that the availability and processing times for back-ordered or pre-ordered items may vary. Our customer service team will provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding your cancellation and refund.

Return Options

In-Store Returns

You are welcome to return eligible items to our physical store located at: Alphin Brook Rd, Marsh Barton, Exeter EX2 8RG. Our friendly staff will assist you with the return process. Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Returns

If you prefer to return items by mail, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at shop@bridgemotorcycles.co.uk or 01392 260200 (Option 4) to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
  • Please securely package the item(s), including a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. If you choose to return an item by mail, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  2. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Bridge Motorcycles is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at shop@bridgemotorcycles.co.uk or 01392 260200 (Option 4).
  2. We will guide you through the return or replacement process for damaged or defective items. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Bridge Motorcycles.

Refunds and Processing Time

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  3. If you are returning an item in-store, a refund will be processed immediately.
